The Classic Traveller has released its most comprehensive Worldwide Collection of holidays with departures from September 2008 through to December 2009. The brochure features 19 new holidays including destinations such as Cuba, Singapore and Malaysia and South Africa for the first time.

 

A choice of short European breaks includes a new ‘Swiss Extravaganza', a seven-night rail trip through Switzerland’s lakes and Alpine meadows which includes the Glacier Express. The tour starts from £699 per person in October 2009 and includes scheduled flights, a four-day Swiss Rail Flexi Pass and six nights hotel accommodation.

 

Also new is an exotic 14-night ‘Singapore and Malaysia Medley’ exploring the highlights of both countries including the plantations of the Cameron Highlands, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and the white sandy beaches of Penang. The holiday costs from £1,499 per person in October 2008 and includes scheduled flights, 11 nights hotel accommodation, transfers, most meals, some excursions and the services of a tour escort.
