Siblu Buys 10th parc in France Siblu has unveiled its 10th holiday parc in France. Domaine de Dugny is a four-star parc in the Loire Valley. Situated between Blois and Amboise in a picture-book setting, the parc is open between March 31 and September 29 and features a pool complex, fishing lake and boating, three free children's clubs and a wide range of accommodation.
