Kempinski Hotels: Opens first five-star in Bruges |

At the end of March 2008, Kempinski Hotels and Resorts is to open the Kempinski Hotel Dukes’ Palace in Bruges old town. The beautiful restored former Prinsenhof, once built to celebrate the wedding of Philippe the Good, has 93 rooms and suites, many of which are historic listed rooms with ornaments and paintings restored from the 15th Century. The historic listed chapel at the hotel can be used for marriage blessings as well as full wedding ceremonies.
