Balkan Holidays has dropped the low deposit price down from £45 to £25 per person for all winter 2008/09 and summer 2009 bookings made before August 31. The balance of the deposit (£65 per person) will be due by October 31 2008. The specialist operator to Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Serbia and Romania is also continuing with the 5% loyalty discount for customers who have booked with them in summer 2007 or 2008 and book again before September 30 2008.
