Carnival Cruise Lines has begun taking bookings for the inaugural 2008 season of its newest SuperLiner Carnival Splendor which includes the line’s first 12-day Northern Europe programme, as well as a 16-day trans-Atlantic crossing and week-long “exotic” eastern Caribbean voyages.
Carnival Splendor’s inaugural season will kick off with five 12-day Northern Europe cruises operating round-trip from Dover between July 13 and August 30. Ports of call include Copenhagen; Warnemunde (Germany); Helsinki; St. Petersburg; Tallin; and Amsterdam. The ship will also operate on a special one-time 12-day western Mediterranean cruise departing Dover on September 11, calling at Le Havre; Vigo; Lisbon; Malaga; Barcelona; Cannes; and Livorno.
