A new direct service between Edinburgh and Dubrovnik was launched by Flyglobespan on June 11 2008. The weekly flight will operate every Wednesday leaving Edinburgh at 15.45 and arriving in Croatia at 20.05. The return flight leaves Dubrovnik at 20.45, arriving back in Scotland at 23.20.
The airline already operates a weekly service from Edinburgh to Pula. Details/Bookings at www.flyglobespan.com Norwegian airline Wideroe is to launch a twice weekly (Wednesday and Saturday) summer link between Edinburgh and Bergen. Flights will operate from June 28 until August 16 2008. Wideroe already flies from Aberdeen and Newcastle to Stavanger and from Aberdeen to Bergen. Any purchase of an Explore Norway Ticket, available for travel between June 23 and August 26 and covering up to 36 destinations, will allow a free flight from Edinburgh.
