Aer Lingus has launched four international routes from its new hub at Belfast International Airport. Four times weekly flights to Rome (DaVinci) and Malaga started on February 25 2008 and three times weekly flights to Faro and Budapest started on February 26. One-way fares, including taxes and charges, start from £33 to Budapest, £34 to Malaga and £41 to Faro and Rome. The expansion brings to eight the number of routes the airline has launched since it set up its hub, investing around £100 million, at Belfast International in December 2007. The airline already operates services to Heathrow, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Geneva and plans to launch a daily service to Paris on March 30 and flights to Nice on April 1.
